Refunds are granted only for out-of-stock items or if no suitable exchange is available.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Refund Process:

Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Products are not eligible for return if the customer don’t likes the quality as all our product are manufactured in compliance with the quality standards as per the price range. We offer replacements if defective product is received. Replacements are done free of cost within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for return or replacement:
- If you receive wrong product.
- If the product received is not same as images.
- If the color received is totally different.
- If you receive damaged or defective product (please note that minor defects like loose thread are not applicable for returns or replacements).
Guidelines for a valid replacement:
- Unboxing Video (unpacking video of the product without any pauses or editing) is a must to raise replacement request.
- Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
- Product is not eligible for return if there are slight color variations (particularly silk sarees as the saree has its own shine, which might result in slight variations in the effect of light).
- Products are not eligible for return if there are slight variations in terms of dimensions, for instance, length or width.
- Products are not eligible for return if the customer don’t likes the quality as all our product are manufactured in compliance with the quality standards as per the price range. We offer replacements if defective product is received. Please note that your product won’t be applicable for the return if the video sent is not as per these guidelines.
Procedure of Returns & Replacements:
- You can Email us at admin@rugvedcollection.com or You can directly contact us on whatsapp: Rugved Collection-8080236586 with your reason for return with product’s unboxing video.
- Once the replacement request accepted, pickup will be generated by us.
- The replacement product will dispatched right after the pickup.
- We do not charge extra fee for replacement.
- If that product replacement is not possible, only in that case we will refund that much amount on your account.

You can cancelled ordered, in case change of mind after ordering
- You can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it.
- We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.
Please be apprised that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.
